By activating an account, deploying an Easria AI workforce, or initiating a done-for-you onboarding with our team, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Easria LLC. Easria delivers an autonomous AI Operating System comprising voice reception, multi-channel lead follow-up, smart scheduling dispatch, quote recovery automation, and native 2-way sync with your existing field service, practice management, or CRM tools.

Easria subscriptions operate strictly on a month-to-month or discounted annual billing agreement with zero multi-year lock-in. To ensure complete confidence in your deployment, every initial subscription is protected by our unconditional 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If the platform fails to meet your operational standards within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your initial subscription fee.

Subscribers using our AI voice and SMS engines agree to adhere strictly to all applicable telecommunication regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), carrier A2P 10DLC guidelines, and CAN-SPAM regulations. Easria automatically registers your phone numbers for carrier brand trust and enforces keyword opt-outs (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE). You certify that all customer phone numbers ingested into the system possess valid prior express consent or an active commercial relationship.

Easria deploys proprietary deterministic answer guardrails ensuring that your autonomous workforce only conveys pricing, service policies, emergency protocols, and scheduling rules explicitly defined in your Business Brain. Easria does not provide legal, medical, or life-safety emergency dispatch. High-risk inquiries (e.g., severe medical distress or volatile disputes) are systematically flagged and routed to designated human emergency contacts.

You retain 100% exclusive ownership of your customer lists, appointment calendars, pricing structures, custom prompt instructions, and operational records. Easria grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our platform software and AI workflow engines. Easria retains all proprietary rights, algorithms, and design assets associated with the underlying operating system.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easria and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunication carrier outages, external third-party API downtime (e.g., Jobber or Google Workspace maintenance), or customer input errors. Easria’s aggregate financial liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
