Easria provides a unified business platform including CRM, automations, AI phone and messaging assistants, scheduling, and reporting, provisioned on a month-to-month subscription. Every subscription is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee and may be cancelled at any time (see our Refund Policy).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You are also responsible for how you use AI-driven communication features — including honoring customer opt-outs and applicable telemarketing laws (TCPA) in your outreach.
The Easria platform, its software, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Easria. You are granted a limited license to use the service for your own business. Your business data remains yours — see the Privacy Policy for export and deletion rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Questions about these terms: support@easria.com.
